We are very quickly wrapping up 2021 and looking ahead to 2022. Are you as excited as I am?

Seriously though, I LOVE a new year!

A new year represents new beginnings, fresh starts, clean slates and setting goals. ALL things I love so much.

As an educator, I see a lot of missteps in this area though. What I see the most is people jumping straight from the end of the year into planning for the next year. And they skip the reflection step.

Have you ever tried going on a road trip to a brand new destination without a map?

Yea, you wouldn’t do that because it is very obvious that you need to know where you are starting, where you are going and then have a map with directions on how to get there.

And yet, if you are setting goals for your business and you don’t know exactly where you are starting from, then you are trying to make a roadmap without all the information. Good luck with that.

This year I created a FREE year-end review for photographers to stop the madness. In this free guide I am walking you all the things you should review in a solid debrief of your business for the 2021 calendar year.

Yes, the guide is a lot.

Yes, it will take a few hours to really do the work.

Yes, it will be worth it.

After you take time to really assess how your business performed in 2021 you will see glaring holes and missed opportunities. It will be obvious what parts need the most work and what are running on autopilot.

After completing the business review you will have clarity for what your next steps should be.

So, grab the FREE guide at the button below. And then carve out a day to really dig in deep so that you have a solid foundation of where your business stands and where you are taking it in 2022.
