I first met Alyssa Charboneau when she attended a small newborn workshop I hosted almost 2 years ago.
At the time, her photography business was still young and she was wanting to transition away from doing only studio posed newborn sessions to offering more in-home, lifestyle newborn work.
Since then, I have really gotten to know Alyssa well because she was a student of my course, The Organized Photographer and now apart of my alumni membership. PLUS, I had the chance to photograph her and her *GORGEOUS* children before they moved cross country.
In the past 2 years, I have watched Alyssa go through some major changes (hi cross-country move) and she is still leaning into her business and really working toward making it everything she wants.
I tell my students this all the time but,
Growing a business is hard,
Transitioning into a new offering is harder.
And moving a business is the hardest of all.
BUT, they are all possible. It just takes a lot of work and dedication. Which Alyssa has totally done.
Alyssa has been in the Las Vegas area for about a year now and is really starting to see things pick up pace which makes me SO DANG EXCITED for her. Of course, this fall has been all about the family sessions. (duh, busy season)
In 2022, Alyssa is hoping to see a lot more newborns on the calendar. Her newborn sessions are so unique because they are BOTH posed and lifestyle. So if you are one of those people who like both styles of newborn photography, then Alyssa is your girl.
Imagine having your newborn session in the comfort of your home while getting those precious squishy, sleepy posed images AND getting fun, family, lifestyle images too. Best. Of. Both. Worlds!
Another thing that Alyssa has over her competition, she is a former elementary school teacher so, as you can imagine, she is pretty fantastic with kiddos! Fun fact, before she was a teacher, she was a television news anchor! Her career path has truly married her love of working with kids and visual storytelling. Being a family and newborn photographer is literally her dream job!
If you are in the Las Vegas area, you definitely need to follow Alyssa on Instagram so you can stay up to date on her business and offerings.
You can also shoot her an email on her website or sign up for her client newsletter so that you never miss an announcement.
