Two sessions | Fort Worth First 48 and Lifestyle Newborn Photographer

This family welcomed sweet baby number three last fall and I was lucky enough to capture them in the hospital and then a few weeks later at home. When I first met them at the hospital, their baby boy was a day old. I got to capture all the details of newborn newness that I love. Halfway into the session, big brother and sister were brought up to the hospital and I was able to capture them meeting their baby brother for the very first time. It was such a sacred moment to get to participate in.

A few weeks later, I went to visit this family at home to capture their new life as a family of five. Every time I walk into a clients home, things are different. No two sessions are alike. I never know what to expect. It is challenging but I love it. When there are older siblings involved, newborn sessions are always a little wild (just the way I like them). We played. We took breaks. We laughed. We danced and I was even given a special performance on “stage” from the older siblings. It was a really fun morning and I left this session feeling so privileged to have been given the opportunity to capture the early days with baby number three.
